Refund policy

If a product is damaged, you can claim a refund within 3 days with an unboxing video. No refund for used products.

Please record a clear unboxing video of the sealed parcel as you open it, and send it to us on WhatsApp or email together with your order number. We may ask for extra photos of the damage.

Approved claims are refunded or replaced, depending on stock. Opened or used shampoo, oil, or soap cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once a courier has collected the parcel, standard delivery and this refund policy apply.
